★ i sell and trade ww.
★ i usually do NOT send videos of the pcs due to the amount of items i always have on my page, but i always send a picture along with the address confirmation and a shipping proof, which is either a video of me putting the envelope in the mailing box (stamped) or a picture of the post office receipt with the priority/tracking code. please note that i usually use priority shipping when trading unless we agree otherwise so this is the proof you’ll receive.
★ i accept payments through paypal f&f (g&s only if f&f is not available in your country and if choosing tracked shipping and covering the fee), postepay, bank transfer, wise or revolut, absolutely no cc!
★ i can do holds for 24 hours MAX! timewasters will be blocked and exposed.
★ for trades i prefer if we send at the same time but if you don’t have 100+ reliable proofs or if i’m not comfortable for any reason i’ll ask you to send first and i’ll send my part only once i receive yours.
★ please only dm me if you're sure of buying, do NOT waste my time. if you backout after we’ve exchanged addresses or i’ve sent you my payment info, you’ll be considered a timewaster and a dwayor story will be posted!
★ i'm not responsible for lost/damaged mail.
★ please always let me know when you receive stuff from me! it literally takes 2 minutes to send me a dm or post a story!!! please do not constantly ask for updates if you buy from me because it gives me anxiety, i usually have a lot of items to pack from both sales & gos so i might be slow at times, i always update in my stories about my progress. i am a person, not a shop !!

group orders info
★ group orders take time and things might take a while to get to me, please don’t join if you’re not patient and understanding!
★ please note that items might present some scratches sometimes and they might not be perfect, as they come from korea/china etc.
★ backouts are absolutely not allowed. i often secure sets before asking for payments, so i cover for you and that will make me lose money. please be a responsible joiner, otherwise you will be blocked and exposed!
★ i do NOT accept replacements. you are free to sell your item/spot to someone else but you will have to stay in the go yourself. might make a few exceptions if you have SERIOUS issues and if i know the person that is replacing you / they’re a joiner of mine already.
★ if you don't pay within the deadline you'll lose your claim + get a dwayor story.
★ if you don't pay for ems/customs on time, after the deadline passes, i will give you one extra week to pay (with late fees applying every day). if you still don't pay by then, your items will be considered abandoned and will be resold and you will NOT get a refund!
★ once i send the domestic form in the groupchat, you will have one month to fill it out and 2 weeks to pay for shipping once i contact you about it. after this, your items will be considered abandoned with NO refund, i am not a warehouse and i can't keep your items in my room forever. please note that i don’t send reminders for domestic forms and i don’t contact people individually if you’re missing a payment or a form. you also receive a copy to your email when filling the domestic form so you can easily check if you actually did and for this reason i will not accept any excuses such as “i thought i filled it” after the deadline passed. please be responsible, I WILL NOT RUN AFTER YOU under any circumstances.
★ i am very understanding and can make exceptions and extend deadlines only if you talk to me about it beforehand! if you don’t, i won’t run after you and the rules above will apply.
★ let me know if you change your @!! if i can't find your account when making the ems gc, when i need to send out your items and ask for doms or in any other moment during the go because you didn't let me know about it, your claims will be dropped.

★ you can always dm me about anything and i'll answer as soon as i can! i’m really understanding so if you have any kind of issue let me know and we can find a solution together, just please communicate with me and don’t ghost me! also keep in mind that i'm an uni student and i have a job too so i'm not online 24/7 but i try my best! :)!! please do not constantly ask for updates because it gives me anxiety, if there are any i'll always share them with you myself + you can always check my masterlist and my stories highlight, they’re always updated. i am a person, not a shop !!

★ please note that these are standard prices, they might vary depending on weight so i will be able to give you a more accurate price once i weight your package.
★ stamped shipping outside italy/eu can sometimes take a while as italian post service is really slow. i’m not responsible for this after sending out, please don’t spam my dms if there are delays as i can’t do anything about it! if you're impatient i recommend choosing fully tracked or priority shipping (usually takes around a week but it can vary. this option is NOT tracked, it’s basically just a faster and safer stamped, the code you'll receive only indicates priority and that your shipment exists and it’s in progress).
★ you will ALWAYS receive a shipping proof from me, which is either a video of me putting the envelope in the mailing box (stamped) or a picture of the post office receipt with the priority or tracking code (i can’t record videos inside the post office so i can’t send one for these kind of shipments).
